**Studio Etiquette**

**Appointments**

Appointments are highly recommended. Take time to familiarize yourself with our studio policies below to ensure a smooth experience.

- Please arrive 15 min early to your appointment.
- Appointment time starts after check-in with the front desk. Make sure to go to the bathroom or attend to any other personal business prior.

**First Time Guests**

First-time guests are required to book their visit online in order to create their own personal profile with us. This allows for a more efficient first-time experience.

**Studio Etiquette**

As a massage studio providing a quiet and relaxing environment to all our guests, we ask you to take into consideration the following:

- Please respect others by keeping your voices to a minimum.
- Turn off or silence your mobile devices and refrain from speaking on your devices inside.
- If you have any health or medical conditions, please let your therapist and the receptionist know ahead of time.

**Tipping Etiquette**

Our therapists work on their customers 100% of the time of the service, creating a personal 1-on-1 relationship between themselves and their customers. We recommend tipping your therapist 30%+ depending on how satisfied you are with your service. Provided below are the recommended amounts to tip for the different service price ranges. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the service being provided, a change of therapist will be provided.

- $40-$60 Service - $20+ tip
- $60-$80 Service - $30+ tip
- $80-$100+ Service - $40+ tip

**Appointment Cancellation Policy**

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full session. If a 5-minute grace period is passed, appointments will be modified/cancelled to ensure minimal waiting for others.

- Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 12 hours before the appointment time.
- Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
- If guests do not show up for their scheduled appointment after 10 minutes, the full service price will be charged.

**Gift Certificates**

Gift Certificates can be purchased online or in-person. Click for online certificates.

- The value amount on the Gift Certificate must be used all at once during the recipient's visit.
- We recommend purchasing Gift Certificates in smaller amounts to prevent possible delays and issues.
- Gift Certificates cannot be applied to tip as we believe tips are subject to the customer's experience, not a set amount determined by others.
